Phillip EdwardMAZURKIEWICZPhillip passed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital, Thursday 12th May, 2022, aged 66 years, surrounded by his loved ones. He was greatly loved by his family, Jane, Leigh, Matthew, William and Sarah and was a friend to many. He will be deeply missed. A graveside service will be held at Nottingham Road Cemetery, Nottingham Rd, Pride Park DE21 6FN, Monday 4th July, 2022, 12:00pm. Family flowers only.
