Died peacefully at Kirkwood Court on Friday 17th April aged 85.
Funeral to take place at West Road Crematorium at 3.00pm on Wednesday 29th April.
No flowers please, collection to take place with donations being made to Marie Curie Newcastle and Parkinson's.
The family would like to express thanks to staff at Kirkwood Court Care Home and the district nurses for their kindness and care.
