JoanMCCAFFEREY NEE HARDYJoan passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in hospital on the 27th of December 2021. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence and much loved mother to Thomas, Paul, the (late) Graham, Steven, Mark, John and Alison, adored nanna to Phillip, Christina, Claire, Daniel, Naomi, Megan and Declan, great nanna to Kia. Joan will be eternally missed but lovingly remembered by all of her friends and family to whom she gave so much love and joy.
