My dearest brother Russ, I can't believe 3 years have now passed since you were taken from us.
I think about you and miss you all the time, you were not only my brother but best friend and confidant. A rock I could depend on, as you could with me. Being there for one another always made life's challenges easier to face, and I wish that all we tried in battling the foe that fate set upon you had the outcome we all wanted.
It's heartbreaking without you, but I'm so grateful to have the memories of all the good times we had together growing up and throughout the years that followed. Your wit and banter was always delivered with a cheeky grin, and your outlook on the life you loved so much was inspiring.
