Donald AlfredMCCARTHYPeacefully whilst in the care of Ward 22 of Scunthorpe General Hospital, Don passed away on the 28th May 2026 aged 92 years.
Devoted husband of 65 years to Penny. Loving Dad to Tracey and Neil. Cherished Grandad to Emma and Rachel. A much respected future father in law of David.
A celebration of Don's life will be held at Woodlands Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd June at 12 noon. Mourning attire is not required and preferred colours would be Red, White and Blue to reflect Don's passion for the Royal Air Force.
Family flowers only please by request, however donations in lieu and in memory of Don may be made following the ceremony to the British Heart Foundation.
