At Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Bridie aged 88 years of Huddersfield previously of Chorlton-Cum-Hardy and Foxford, County Mayo. Beloved wife of the late Brian McCarthy, dearly loved mother of Patricia and Kevin, dear mother in law of Simon and Alison, much loved Grandma of Amy and Lucy. Bridie will be received into St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Huddersfield on Tuesday January 29th at 6:00pm with Requiem Mass on Wednesday January 30th at 11:30am, followed by interment at Lockwood Cemetery - Winter footwear is advisable. Friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only but donations may be made to The Stroke Association and The British Heart Foundation, a collection plate will be taken at the church for this purpose.
