Jayme LeeMCCLUSKEYPeacefully in hospital surrounded by his loving family on July 14th Jayme aged 35 years of Guisborough. A much loved and cherished son, dad, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and a dear friend to many. Funeral service in Guisborough Parish Church on Thursday July 27th at 2:15pm prior to private cremation. Will family and friends please meet at church. If possible, Football or Rugby shirts to be worn for Jayme. Family flowers only please. A collection plate will be available at church for donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, for Zoe's Place. Special thanks to all of Jayme's friends for the sympathy and support shown during this time, it has been very much appreciated. Also special thanks to all the staff on I.C.U Ward at James Cook University Hospital for everything they have done for Jayme.
