AnneMCDERMOTT(O'Neill) (Aged 81), died suddenly and peacefully in Salford Royal Hospital, on 25th April 2024 surrounded by her children. Anne came to England to work in nursing in the mid 1960's. Here she met her beloved husband, Terence Francis McDermott, whose 2 year anniversary we celebrate on 12th May 2024. Anne worked at Hope Hospital (now Salford Royal) Park and Bridgewater Hospital and also Henshaws Society for the Blind. Anne was the much loved mother of Siobhan and Niall and beloved Nana / Grandmother to Georgia, Aine and William. Funeral Mass, Friday 17th May at St Joseph the Worker, Cutnook Lane, Irlam at 11.45am. Committal at Peel Green Crematorium 1pm. Celebration of Anne's life to be held at 'The Station', Irlam directly after the committal. Family flowers only.
