Suddenly on 24th November, aged 69 years, Hazel, dearest partner of Eric, loving mumzy of Paul and Kerry, dear mother-in-law of Ritchie, much loved nanna of Kayleigh and Declan, also dear sister of George and Sadie and the late Barrie. Friends invited to service at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Wednesday 3rd December at 10.30am. Family flowers only please. Respectful dress code please.
