JamesMCFADZEANJim passed away at home on Wednesday 25th February 2016, and was cremated at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium on Tuesday 1st March. Sheila and the family wish to thank the medical and nursing staff at 31 Portland Road, Bellfield Pharmacy and all the carers for the attention and support given during Jim's illness, to all who attended the crematorium, to those who have sent messages of sympathy and to staff at Portland Funeral Service for funeral arrangements
