Alexander ScottMCFARLANE(Alex) (Blyth) Peacefully on the 8th October, aged 79 years. A much loved husband of Pat (formerly Grieves, nee Hymers), a much loved dad of Janet and the late Gary a loving grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service to take place at Cowpen Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd October at 1.00pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to the Great North Air Ambulance, a donations box will be available at the crematorium. Dress as you please. Private afterwards.

My darling dad it’s that time of year again, time certainly doesn’t heal, my heart is still broken and I still cry for you. I would love to be able to give you a big hug and tell you how much I love and miss you. You are together with your Pat and that is a comfort to me. Ian and Marissa miss you so much.
