I worked in Dr McGivern's NHS Department has a Data Assistant. Dr McGivern was always approachable to ask question. Dr McGivern was a very good consultant and well respected. He will be very sadly missed by me.

I came to know Dr Mcgivern in 2003, through my late father in law Dr Joseph Austin, also known as Titus. He knew Dr Mcgivern on a personal & professional level from the late 80's onwards. They used to enjoy socialising. Dr Mcgivern, kindly allowed me to work under him and he was my mentor. His knowledge was vast and he was a true gentleman. Always willing to lend a helping hand. If it wasn't for Dr Mcgivern, I wouldn't be in the position I am in now. Thanks for everything you did for me. I will be eternally grateful. You will be missed. May your soul RIP.Our deepest condolences to all the family.
Dr Tito Joseph, Marina, Dylan & Dorothy Austin.
