Beloved wife of the late Geoffrey. Loving mum to Lorraine, Ian and Paul. A devoted grandma and great grandma who will be greatly missed by family, friends and all who knew her.
A service for Pat will be held at the Chanterlands Crematorium (Small Chapel) Tuesday 17th December at 3.00pm.
Family flowers only please but any donations, if so desired, may be given as you leave the service for Dove House Hospice.
