MCINTYREThe wife and family of the late John McIntyre would like to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and support received during John's long illness. As was John's wish, he passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 21st August 2012, surrounded by his family who would like to take this opportunity to express their gratitude to all who contributed to his care at home and in Crosshouse Hospital. Special thanks to the staff at Ward 2F, district nurse Yvonne and palliative care team who made his final days very comfortable, Stewart from the Co-operative Funeralcare was a great comfort at such a sad time, our thanks to the brothers of Lodge 149 Irvine St. Andrew, then the Rev. Neil Urquhart for a fitting service. He would not wish for sadness and he didn't want a fuss, just to be remembered fondly and loved by all of us.
