JanetMCMAHONSadly passed away surrounded by her family on the 17th of August.

Adored 'momma' to Lauren and Hollie and loved dearly by all who knew her. Jan was known for her kindness, courage, strength and unwavering sense of humour, she will be forever missed. We are so lucky to have precious memories with her to hold in our hearts.

Please join us to celebrate and honour Jan on Friday 30th August at St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium at 10am.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Teesside Hospice and The Dogs Trust.
