Jack, aged 87 years,
beloved husband of the late Marilyn,
dearly loved father of Teresa and son in law Chris,
much loved Poppy of Alex and Sam,
loving brother of the late Billy and Isabelle.
Jack will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends
Funeral, Monday 21st September.
Service, 10.30am at Margam Crematorium.
Family flowers only please.
There will be a donation box available
at the end of the service and donations
in memory of Jack are in aid of
Morgana Court Residential Fund.
Following the service, there is an invitation
to join the family at the Twelve Knights Hotel,
Margam Road, Port Talbot. SA13 2DB
and all are welcome to attend.
