CharlieMCNEEPeacefully at home, on Sunday 18th of August 2024, Charlie, aged 84 years.

Beloved husband of the late Moyra McNee (nee Arthur). Much loved Dad of Kenneth, Karen and Alison. Father-in-law to Ken and Denise, loving Grandpa to Martin, Kerry, Yasmin, Talia and Scott. Great grandpa to Michael. Friend to many.

Charlie will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of his life will take place at Masonhill Crematorium, Ayr, KA6 6EN on Tuesday the 3rd of September at 1.15pm to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to British Heart Foundation.

I only met Charlie a few times when I worked at Glenburn, beside Moyra. He was a lovely man. Sorry for your loss.

I became Charlie's Uncle Joe when I was 5! Yes, it was Charles after my Dad and his Grandpa. His Mum Chrissie, insisted that it be Charles and I must be the last of the family to think of him as that! Goodbye Charles. Angels will guard you.
