Requiem Mass to take place on Thursday September 19th at 2pm in The Holy Name Of Mary R/C Church prior to committal at Teesside crematorium. Would friends please meet at church.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Teesside Hospice. A donation box will be provided at church.
