RichardMCTAGGART MBEPeacefully at Templeton House Care Home on the 9th of March 2025. Dick McTaggart MBE aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of Doreen and a devoted father of Tracy and Amanda.

The Funeral Service will be held at Masonhill Crematorium, Ayr on Tuesday 25th March 2025 at 11.15am to which family and close friends are invited, followed by a service in Portland Church, Troon at 12.15pm to which all are invited to attend.

Family flowers only, please.

A great inspiration to the many young athletes and boxers who took you into their hearts. You offered courage and hope to those who made that lonely journey in their chosen sport. I was privileged to have known you Dick and to have received from you a pair of your boxing shorts which I still have.
God has blessed you, and us with your presence.
