Much loved Dad to Karen, Tony & Denise. Father in law to Keith, Donna & Peter. Devoted Grandad to all his Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. Loved by all his family and friends. Jack will be resting at home from Wednesday 26th May. Requiem mass to be held on Friday 28th May at St Michael & All Angels Church, Kirkby at 2pm followed by interment at St Helen's Cemetery.
