George DominicMEALYpassed peacefully away on the 11th November 2023 aged 84 years.
He will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.

Funeral mass will be held
on Friday 22nd December 2023
at St Gregorys Church, Bearwood at 11.30 am, followed by burial at Thimblemill Cemetery at 1pm.
Reception into Church will be
on Thursday 21st December 2023 at 6.30pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation or Diabetes UK.

I will always remember George as an uncommonly warm, open and joyful man. We barely knew each other but he treated me as one of his family.

George was the man who taught so many of our children where potatoes came from! He regularly visited St Joseph's to plant and harvest vegetables with our children. Not only did he share his gardening skills, he was our first (and only) Irish Father Christmas and brought so much joy to so many children over a number of years. Rest in peace George.
