Patricia AnnMEDFORTH-MOORE ( NEE KING )_Sadly passed away peacefully at Castle Hill Hospital after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family on 19th February 2024.

Loving Wife to Neville.
Cherished Mum of Nichola and Jayne, In-laws Niell and Andrew.
Much loved Grannie to Josef, Reuben, Oliver and Elliot.

A truly beautiful lady who will be in our hearts forever.

Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 13th March 2024 at 12noon at St. Columba Church, Laburnum Avenue, Hull.

Family flowers only, donations can be left at the service to the family's chosen charities.
