Christine ValentineMEEHANChris Retired SRN / Marie Curie Nurse Passed away peacefully at home after a short illness on 26th October 2018, surrounded by her loving family, Dearly loved wife of Sean, wonderful mum of Joanne, Clare and Amy and a devoted mother-in-law, grandma, sister, aunty and friend who will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered. Funeral Friday 9th November. Requiem Mass 9.30am in St George's Catholic Church, Village Street (DE23 8SZ), followed by private interment. Family flowers only please, donations in memory payable to 'Cancer Research UK' may be forwarded c/o Murray's Funeral Directors, 25 Main Street Findern DE65 6AG Tel: 01332 425022. Chris was a lovely lady and friend.We only met up once or twice a year,but she will always be in my heart.
Chris always put other people first,despite her own challenges.
She loved Sean and her family dearly.
My heartfelt Sympathy goes out to you all.
