Peter ThomasMEIKLEPeacefully on Monday 3rd of June 2024 in Diana Princess of Wales hospital, Grimsby, Peter fell asleep aged 63 years.

Beloved and devoted husband of Lucy, loving dad of Jack, Ruby, Stuart and Helen. Step-dad to Toby, Harry and Jade, grandad of Melissa, Emily, James and Bethany, a dear brother-in-law of Simon and Faye, Uncle of Amber and a good friend to many.

A funeral service will be held at St Bartholomew's Church, Keelby on Tuesday the 25th of June at 10am, followed by a private committal at Kelsey Woodland.

Flowers welcome, donations in lieu may be made payable to Macmillan Cancer Support and sent to H & HJ Huteson & Sons, The Old Chapel, Bluestone Lane, Immingham, DN40 2DX.

So sad, I still can't believe he won't walk through our door again. I could laugh with Peter, but I also knew when to listen. He had so much knowledge he was willing to share. You always knew where you stood with Peter, never one for holding back, but he appreciated hard work and made you feel appreciated without actually saying anything. I just wish I'd known him longer.
