PeterMELKSHAMSadly passed away on 16th April after a long and courageously endured illness aged 76.
Dearly loved husband of Jean, much loved father of Simon and Matthew
and proud Grandad to Josie, Georgie, Deli, Drew and Fred.
He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service will take place at Haycombe Crematorium in Bath on Wednesday 20th May at 1pm
