DavidMELLOR, aged 82, died peacefully on Sunday 10th December after a long illness, at Springhill Hospice. He is survived by his wife, Sheila (nee Gaulter) daughter Karen, son Jonathan and grandchildren Daniel and Daisy. Born in Oldham, he worked in radiology at The Royal Oldham Hospital, progressing to Superintendent Radiologist at Birch Hill Hospital and Rochdale Infirmary.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday 28th December at 12 noon at Wardle Village Church, followed by burial at Middleton Cemetery.
