A service and celebration of the lives of James Melvin 10/10/1941 17/12/2019 and Angela Melvin 16/5/1945 - 4/8/2016. will be held at Capel Colman Church, Boncath on Wednesday 15th January, 2020 at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired To 'British Heart Foundation Cymru' (Please make cheques payable to BHF Cymru) received by Hywel Bowen of D L Davies Funeral Directors, Llys Gwyddon, Newcastle Emlyn. 6 years ago we lost an amazing dad suddenly and the days after felt like an eternity trying to find out why.

Those years seem so distant now but to me it still feels like it was only yesterday.

I think and talk about you and mum every day and know that you are in a safe place with mum away from this crazy unforgiving world we are now living in.

Miss our conversations and your witty sense of humour but the memories live on. Always in my thoughts 🙂❤️

There is not a day goes by that I don't think about you and mum.

Another Christmas without a witty conversation, a laugh and a joke via Skype, on the phone or in an email. Life is very empty without you both.

There is not a day that goes by that we all don’t miss you mum and dad we all love you to the moon and back it has been another year but it never gets easy with the anniversary of the passing of you both

To dad and mum I miss you every day I love you two the moon and back it has been hard for all of us siblings but knowing that the two of you are back together again in heaven makes everyone happy .
