A funeral service will take place at St Michael and All Angel's Church, Lord Sefton Way, Liverpool L37 5AA on Tuesday August 2nd at 1:30pm followed by interment within the churchyard at 2:30pm. No dress code. Flowers are accepted as white and green by request and donations are being gratefully received for Formby Rotary Club or St Michael & All Angel's Church, c./o Dean Brothers Independent Funeral Directors, Deans Court, Gores Lane, Formby, L37 7DF.
