Mary IsabellaMERCHANTOn 25th June 2026 Mary aged 86 years of St. Mellons, formerly of Splott where she was the shopkeeper of The Pearly, Peacefully fell to sleep.
Beloved Wife to the late David. Much loved Mum to the Girls, a dearly loved Mother-in-law, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Grandmother, Sister and Auntie.
The family would like to thank everyone who touched Mary's life, as well as the Staff at Willowbrook House Nursing Home for their care, love and dedication to Mary in recent times.
Resting in the care of Michael G Ryan Son and Daughters 302 North Road, Cardiff CF143BN until funeral Tuesday 28th July 2026 service at St. Saviour's Church, Splott 10.00am, prior to cremation at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel 11:30am.
Family flowers only please, however, if desired, donations would be appreciated for The Alzheimer's Society or Guide Dogs For The Blind and can be made here by clicking the link on this page or by being placed in the donations box at the Church or Crematorium Chapel.
Following the funeral all are welcome to join the family for light refreshments at The Manor Parc Hotel, Thornhill Road to share memories, pay tribute and celebrate Mary's life.
