Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 94 years, of Hafod Y Parc, Abergele.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Richard Mezulis, much loved mother of the late Alf and a treasured grandmother of Zoe and Jack.
Service and committal at St Asaph Crematorium on Tuesday 5th March at 1:00pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired in memory of Erna will be gratefully received towards The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association c/o R. W.
