JackieMILBURNMary, Billy and Paula wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for their many kind expressions of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes, cards of condolence and generous donations received. (£700 will go to Forget-me-not Trust.) Special thanks go to the Home Care Team, District Nurses and Doctor Frankland for their excellent care. Thanks also to Gawthorpe W.M.C. and Lasscelles Hall Cricket Club, for their tributes to Jackie. To Rev John Marsh for his Service and to Edward Box for his professional funeral arrangements. Such a large number of people at the Funeral was a great comfort.
