aged 41 years.
Dearly loved son of Ed and Kath, brother of Chris, Jon and Dan and partner of Karolina.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.
Funeral service to be held at
Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 5th September 2018 at 11:15am.
Mourning clothes not requested, in honour of Nick his family have asked if all attending could wear a hat.
