JoyceMILLERJoyce passed away peacefully at the age of 91, leaving daughters Judi Elizabeth Miller and Sally Ann Crook. Remembered fondly by her friends and former colleagues. Joyce was a long-time resident of the North East, former superintendent physiotherapist at Hartford Hall and an avid supporter of Newcastle United. She held a season ticket for years but latterly she listened to every match on the radio. We take comfort knowing that she lived to know they finally brought home a long overdue cup! Joyce's family and friends give thanks to all the caregivers at Cranlea Nursing Home in Kingston Park, who provided her with excellent care and love for the past 5 years. Joyce loved her red wine, travel, good food and keeping active, especially at Gosforth Park. She particularly missed her beloved dogs Whiskey and Biffy and we know they are all having a wonderful reunion somewhere.

A celebration of life will follow the funeral at East Chapel, West Road crematorium at 3pm on 17th April 2025.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Guide Dogs for the Blind, or any other charity of your choice, would be greatly appreciated. Online condolences can be made at coop.co.uk. Please notify the Coop funeral directors of your intention to attend on 01916225857.
