The Funeral Service will be held at Canley Crematorium, Cannon Hill Chapel on Wednesday 21st February at 9.45am.
Family flowers only please. Please can we ask that you casual/bright colours if attending. Donations if desired please send directly to Alzheimer's & Dementia Support (ADS) or Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, a donation box will be available at the service.
