In the early hours of Thursday, 14th September, Mary gently passed away following three hard fought battles with cancer.

Mary, aged 73, was a retired nurse originally from Blackburn who latterly lived at Knott End-on- Sea.

The beloved wife of James (Jimmy), devoted mother of Pauline and Graham, cherished mother-in-law to Ian and Steph, and very much loved Grandma to Niamh, Isabella and Cooper, Mary will be sorely missed.

Mary will live on in the many happy memories of all who knew her.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu would be appreciated for Cancer Research UK, Trinity Hospice, Blackpool, or a hospice charity of your choice.

A graveside service will take place at Immanuel Church, New Lane, Oswaldtwistle on Monday 25th September 2023 at 1pm.
