Devoted husband for 58 years of the late Caroline, a dear father to Ann and her husband Fred and to the late Alistair, stimulating and loving grandfather for Graham and his wife Helen, Michael and his wife Caroline and William. Elder son of the late John and Annie Mitchell of Spittal Farm, Killearn. Funeral service at Kirkcudbright Parish Church on Monday, 22 June at 11.30am, Committal thereafter to Kirkcudbright Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited.
