Ida MaryMITCHEMNEE JOY Born 17th July 1930 and died 14th February 2019 at the Ann Challis Nursing Home, Urmston where she was devotedly looked after and cared for. The loving wife of the late John. Also the loving mother to son John, granddaughters Helen and Rachel and a great-grandmother to Harry, Honor and Lyra. Ida, affectionately known as "Mitch" worked for 35 happy years at the Royal Exchange branch of Boots the Chemists until retirement. She was a Salford girl who lived all her married life in Stretford and was devoted to her husband and family. Service is to be held at Manchester Crematorium 1st March at 3.30pm.
