IanMOFFAT(John) 28.07.39 - 17.03.18 Passed away peacefully at home aged 78, with his family by his side, courageous to the end. Much loved Husband of Pat, Father of Rosemary and Grandfather of Christopher and Annabel. A gentleman and man of integrity, loved and respected by all who knew him. The family would like to thank the doctors at the Tudor Practice, all staff at Good Hope Sheldon Unit, St Giles Hospice and the Marie Curie nurses. A Thanksgiving Service will be held on Wednesday 11th April at 11.00 at South Parade Methodist Church, Sutton Coldfield.
