ColinMOFFATTMOFFATT (Newcastle). Colin Leslie, passed away on March 11th, from an illness that came about quicker than we thought, Colin lived for the past 15 years on and off in Thailand and he called it his home. The village where he had lived gave him a beautiful and very respectful send off, the lad who was only 52 years old. Colin spent most of his life in the building industry, but a year ago went to University and successfully completed a teaching course and his final occupation was a Teacher of English in a foreign land. He received a distinction of his knowledge of English and that he was fluent in Thai. He was always known to be his own man. He is left by his sister Elizabeth, his niece Rachel in Australia, his twins Millie and Mollie in Thailand and brother-in-law Les. Thank you to all his friends who have been in touch, a special thank you to Colin Powell for passing on the sad news and a special thank you to George Lazzari who Colin thought of. Thank you to everyone in Manchester, Bath, Bristol and Plymouth, thank you for all your wishes, e-mails and texts. My self and Rachel were fortunate to be at Colin's sending Thai style, he will remain in our hearts always and forever.
