Dr Farouk 'Fred'MOHAMEDDR FAROUK 'FRED' MOHAMED Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his sleep on Sunday 19th January 2020, aged 87. A loving father of four daughters and grandfather to five, he will be sadly missed. A retired Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Macclesfield District General Hospital. His ashes will be laid to rest with his late wife Frances, in Macclesfield Cemetery.

My sympathy goes to all his family and friends. I used to work at the hospital with him many years ago. He was a wonderful doctor, always reassuring and very kind to his patients.

Dr Fred you really helped me after I had my 2nd son assuring me I really didn,t need putting under for a procedure while having 2 babies at home, you said I was brave and I got through without. I am eternally grateful to you for that. Rest in peace Doc xxx
