The family of David are saddened to announce
their brother and uncle
passed away suddenly at home on 6th July 2018.
David's funeral service
will take place at
St Johns Roman Catholic Church, 11.30 followed by committal at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on Thursday 2nd August 2018.
All welcome for light refreshments at The Mews Catering Suite, Upper Gungate, Tamworth B79 7NZ following the service.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to
St Giles Hospice. A donation box will be available at the service.
