Was always lovely spending time with you. Ever smiling, thoughtful and sharing wisdom. Some of the fondest memories I have are with you and Barb in Spain which I'll cherish forever. Will miss you always and never forget the time we had together.

So sad that you’re gone, words cannot express! Had so many good times not forgetting the trailer rides on the lawn mower! Thank you for always remembering me and being so thoughtful! Lots of love Tom xx

I think Phil would have expected me to write something funny, as we always had a laugh and enjoyed pulling each others leg, even me a Policeman and him a habitual speeding motorist! Phil was a humorous, friendly, glass-half-full type of guy. A caring, thoughtful, devoted family man and a doting husband to Barb, the true love of his life. He put others first and was always interested and supportive in everything family. This continued until the last and I saw bravery too. Nothing changed, selfless to the end. I'm very proud to have had Phil as a Father-in-law and will miss him immensely.

My father was a proud man. He had a lot to be proud of! He gave me values, encouragement, support and most importantly 💕 love when I needed it.
Thank you Dad from the bottom of my heart. I know you didn't want to go, but you haven't gone. You will always be in my heart and mind forever.
Love you More. X

I always loved the birthday and Christmas cards I got from Uncle Philip. He was one of the last people I know who regularly sent physical cards, and I very much appreciated receiving them.

Love, David
