Phillip JohnMONKSadly passed away on Sunday 20th December 2020 aged 46 years. He will be so very missed by all who knew him, especially by his wife Lesley, his mother Colleen, his siblings, Sarah, Heather and Andrew, and his nephews George and James. Due to the current circumstances a private funeral will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Monday 11th January 2021 at 2.40pm. Donations can be made to Cancer Research UK.
