DerekMOONPassed away peacefully after a long illness, bravely fought, on Sunday 7th May 2017 in Bury Hospice aged 75. Beloved husband of Pat, loving father of Damian and Sammy, darling Poppa of Elliott, Steph and Georgie, Father-in-law of Claire and Phil and a friend to so many. Deeply missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Blackley Cemetery Chapel on Thursday 18th May at 1pm followed by interment in the Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
