MavisMOOREPassed away peacefully on Friday 16th March at Good Hope Hospital, Sutton Coldfield, aged 72. She will be sadly missed by David, Judith, Alison and all her family and friends.
Her funeral service will be held at Lichfield and District Crematorium, Fradley on Monday 16th April at 3.30pm.
Family flowers only preferred. Donations in memory of Mavis will be given to Lupus UK.
