Geoffrey 'Roger'MORLEYMORLEY Geoffrey 'Roger' Peacefully at rest, on Friday 24th April 2026, at the Haywood Hospital, surrounded by his loving wife and daughters, Roger aged 89 years of Trentham, the much-loved and loving husband of Linda, the cherished dad of Jayne, Stephen, Sue, Christopher and their partners, treasured grandie to Rebecca, Adam, Alice, Katie and Simon, wonderful great-grandie to Ryleigh, Joshua, Khalicee, Martha and Joshua, also, a dear brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

Roger will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 26th May 2026 at 12pm.

Will family please accept this intimation and would friends who wish to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.

Everyone is welcome at Newcastle and Hartshill Cricket Club, ST5 3BZ after the service for light refreshments and to continue sharing memories of Roger.

Family flowers only please, donations would be preferred in memory of Roger to Alzheimer's Research. A donation box will be available on the day should anyone wish to leave a donation then.

Great cricket memories Roger. Taught me the art of bowling really, and you always gave me belief. Let's not to forget the importance of the social side where you excelled. We'll now play golf and raise a glass to you.
