It is with deep sadness that we extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Carol Ann Morris, who served as a Bangor City Councillor from 2008 to 2012. During her tenure, Carol Ann was a dedicated and compassionate representative of our community, working tirelessly to improve the lives of those she served and championing the values that make Bangor such a special place.

Her commitment to the city and her unwavering focus on the wellbeing of its residents left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working with her. Whether advocating for local issues, fostering community spirit, or simply offering a kind and listening ear, Carol Ann’s contributions were deeply felt and will be fondly remembered.

We acknowledge and honor her legacy of service, her passion for positive change, and her unwavering dedication to making Bangor a better place for all. Her efforts have left an indelible mark on our city and on those fortunate enough to have known her.

On behalf of Cyngor Dinas Bangor Council and the wider community, we offer our deepest gratitude for Carol Ann’s years of service and extend our thoughts and prayers to her family and loved ones during this difficult time. May her memory inspire us all to serve our communities with the same spirit of kindness and determination that she so clearly embodied.

Rest in peace, Carol Ann. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
