I remember Michael with great fondness from his time in West Kilbride and in particular when he lived with his family in Corsehill Drive.
Always a kind, caring gentleman who had time for everyone.

Love and sincere condolences to all family and friends ❤️

I grew up with Michael. He was my cousin younger by a couple of years. Went on countless holidays and family gatherings together. We had a lot of laughs... Super smart man and a high achiever, a real nice guy and a gentle soul. Rest in peace buddy. Love, Stephen

Home visiting in WK and Michael’s name came up in stories from primary school through to the Uni years. To then learn of his passing was just so very sad. A gentle and engaging friend, my family have fond memories of shared times as kids and later when he was studying and would sit and chat with our dad, a local GP, about all things medicine. Rest in gentle peace dear Michael. Our friend. With love to the family at such a very sad and difficult time. Xxx Catriona Coe (McCallum) for the McCallum family

So very sad to hear of Michael’s passing. Always smiling he was gentle, kind, positive and forever upbeat. I used to enjoy our chats about our shared love of music when he was visiting my brother Stuart. Think of you and your family at this difficult time. Kenny Clark

I hadn't seen Michael for many years, but I've fond memories of meeting him when out socialising. He was always smiling and so friendly and kind. So sorry to hear the sad news of his passing. Thoughts are with the family. Sending much love.

Met Michael occasionally at Christmas time when he came back to Wk and visited his lifelong pal Alex Jack, who also, sadly has been taken too young. Michael was always, gentle, kind, friendly, generous and an absolute gentleman anytime I had the pleasure of his company at parties or in the Galleon, he always seemed pleased to be in our company. He was a
Highly regarded, loyal friend of Alex and will be missed, remembered fondly and respected by all who knew him. Thinking of his Dad Craig and extended family at this very sad time.
