Jennifer AnnMORTPeacefully, after a period of illness at the University Hospital Of Wales on 26th November, aged 72 years. A loving wife to Phillip and much loved Mum of Chris & Jon. Cherished Nana of Morgan, & Alicia Tharme. Jen will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends. Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis at The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her Service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Thursday 15th December at 3:00pm.
