My whole family have lost weight and improved their help using your advice. Three generations! So many of us were rooting for you and so many of us were touched by you. You had a unique way of delivering education and information in a way that felt personal. It never felt contrived and it always felt genuine. You were trusted by us all which is rare in this day and age. I am so sorry for your wonderful wife and kids, friends too. What a loss to all but what a legacy. Looking forward to continue following your wife and whatever new thoughts and ideas she brings. Thank you 🙏🏻

I don't know how I'll manage without Michael. His books on health and wellbeing were the only things that helped my M.E. and he wasn't specifically writing about that. Good gut health is the only thing that has made a difference. Oh and good sleep patterns. From now on I'll have to solve my problems myself.

I never met Michael Mosley but he affected my life in so many ways particularly with the 5:2 diet and taking cold showers. But more than his appearances and health advice he came across as totally genuine and non patronising. Someone who didn’t preach or forced ideas but gave advice in the best possible way by suggesting “try it! If of works for you great - if not, no worries.” I was devastated when I heard he’d gone missing then very upset that he’d died. His character was unique and his death is a great loss to so many. I’d also like to say that I do feel for his wife and especially his children. As someone who had lost my parents I know how hard it is. Note that the first year is the worst and then the anniversary of the death in subsequent years is always terrible. But you’ll get through it - the pain will lessen and no! That doesn’t mean you’ll “get over it” - or find closure or any of those other obnoxious sayings! I am not religious but still speak to my mum or ask her advice - nothing wrong with that! And remember you were very lucky to be so loved! RIP Michael Mosley - your kids do your proud

You were amazing man that change many peoples lives by explaining health issues clearly that everyone could follow I collected every book every podcast and watch most programs of yours! You were an inspiration to us all! If we could turn back time and you didn't set out for last walk. Life is so cruel it takes so many good people. I hope you were in a good place on that day and forever I still can't believe your gone it was like losing a best friend I had never met! I send all my love to Claire and your children I can not think how they coping when I finding unbelievable that I am not going to see you on the tv or hear your voice. I find so hard when things appear the telly with your photo it just brings back the grief. Your always be loved and never forgot xxxx

Michaels untimely and tragic death has left me feeling like I have lost a friend. He brought so much to so many people. His way of explaining things was a remarkable gift and I will always treasure his advice and knowledge. He will be so sorely missed. My thoughts go to his family and hope they can find comfort in knowing how much he was loved and respected by so many.
